The hotel rooms were very clean and the facilities felt like a five-star hotel, but I encountered some issues like a low battery in the safe and a non-working refrigerator, which were only resolved on the last day. There was also a continuous disturbance from an unknown caller within the hotel, leading to the extreme solution of disconnecting the phone.
